The boss of our company made a quick decision–to add another production line, and transfer the workers from other posts to the new injection module team.

This female employee used to belong to the epoxy module team. Today it’s her first attempt to operate an injection molding machine. Now she’s working on her first piece.

PCBs should be completely fitted into the mold one by one.

The lens should keep clean. Covering lens in the right direction over the ready PCBs, then molding.

Apart from her, there are three new employees from other sections. A skilled molding worker can produce about 25000pcs in one working shift.

These are the led injection module products after molding. After testing, these can be packed and delivered.

During the post epidemic period, our factory has shifted the focus of work to the internal management of the factory. At present, the core of improving management is to work out a reasonable production plan and reasonable deployment of employees. In this way, reasonable resource allocation can be achieved.
